The facility is so understaffed and have so many patients to take care of that nobody gets the attention they deserve. The staff is rude and if you complain about care, nothing is done to rectify the problem. This place is poorly managed. I was only at Sand Piper Bay for 5 days but that was far too long for me. Fortunately I was able to wheel myself in a wheelchair and didn't need to count on anyone there for anything but water and medication, That was bad enough. My water did not get refreshed for over 24 hours, and my medication was wrong.
Factors that influenced these ratings include building design, construction, exterior spaces, and amenities. This is not a good place to bring a family member. The inspection ratings speak for themselves.

You see, LaCrosse was recently purchased by new ownership and the new owners have many big plans for the property. We are working with several contractors on solving and correcting many of the issues you mentioned along with new plans to better improve the property. In addition, with the new ownership and management; we also changed to a new pest control company that has a highly favorable rating in Wichita. The issues we are resolving and improving are already evident to several residents. It's just been a few months since the new ownership took over and improvement is already happening.
Bad experience with BallyGarven Builder
It is a great social atmosphere where you get to know the others in your community. The staff is very attentive and the community itself is small enough that you don't get lost. The apartment is close to everything! We can walk across the street to shop Dillon's, or jump over to Rock and have access to a bunch of other stores and restaurants. Above all my favorite part is how the tenants are treated.
The staff, Mallory, Emma, Cooper, Nate, are fantastic. They're very friendly, pleasant, and get things done. Maintenance is right there to fix things. Nate is excellent at repairs.

Between the ever-expanding suburbs in the western reaches of the area, and the charming suburbs just near the river, West Wichita has something for everyone. There are restaurants aplenty, incredible country clubs, expansive parks, and great schools and universities. No matter where your dream apartment is, you can be in the center of the city in 15 minutes.
And I hope the current staff stays here. They help make this a great place to live. BallyGarven Homes built our house in 2006 in Newmarket. Quality of material is really bad, services from the repair team, and office managemental team are even worse.
I see a place that I can call home and so far my requests are being attended to. I'm looking forward to my time at Indian Hills.
